PT. Gekabei International Transport

PT. Gekabei International Transport was established in Jakarta on August 19, 1993, based on Notarized establishment deed No. 44 by H. Harun Kamil, SH., under the name PT GKBI Motor, with an initial capital of IDR 2,100,000,000 (two billion one hundred million rupiah). Subsequently, on November 8, 2004, through Revision Deed No. 25 made before H. Yunardi, SH., a notary in Jakarta, the company changed its name to PT GEKABEI INTERNATIONAL TRANSPORT (abbreviated as GITrans). After undergoing several changes, the company last increased its capital on October 23, 2008, as noted in Deed No. 20, raising it to IDR 3,030,800,000 (three billion thirty million eight hundred thousand rupiah).
